Switzerland belongs to those countries almost corruption-free.

It places 7th behind Denmark, Finland and New Zealand, which share the top score of 9.4, followed by Singapore, Sweden and Iceland. The Netherlands ranks 7th, sharing its position with Switzerland. The United Kingdom ranks 12th, while Austria, showing a significant decline, ranks 15th. Germany is in 16th place, followed by Japan (17th), the USA (20th) and China (72nd).
