How to relocate to Switzerland

 Why Switzerland?

Throughout the world, "Made in Switzerland" stands for products and services that live up to the highest expectations and quality standards. Many of the world's known companies have chosen Switzerland as the location for their European headquarters or research facilities.

Switzerland is keen to attract not only large corporations but also small and medium sized enterprises and private entrepreneurs. By establishing your business in Switzerland, you benefit from the excellent reputation that Switzerland enjoys. Switzerland is business-friendly by tradition and offers a solution for every need and expectation.

Switzerland is often wrongly considered as a very expensive country and accessible only to wealthy individuals and large companies. However the overall cost of living and doing business in Switzerland compares very favorably with Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands or the USA.

State-of-the-art transport, communications, energy supplies and waste disposal systems cost no more in Switzerland than the price paid elsewhere for traffic congestion and environmental degradation.

 Residence permit application

Are you an independent businessman or business lady who would like to settle in Switzerland to take advantage of one of the world's most favorable business climates? We can help you!

To obtain a residence permit, you need to be hired by a Swiss company. Nothing prevents you from being the owner of this company and, at the same time, its manager, as long as the company has real business activity.

For those considering moving to Switzerland, it is advantageous to bundle the various requests and to discuss them in advance, in the interest of "bundled solution". We can assist you in elaboration and realization of such bundled solution:
- to prepare a set of documents, necessary for a permit to be granted,
- to submit to the cantonal authorities an application for residence permit
for you and your family, in conjunction with your business project.

We are in constant contact with the administrative services concerned, and can ensure optimal processing of residence permit applications at the cantonal and federal levels. If we feel that your case has a good chance of being accepted, we will submit the application on receipt of your documents. Normally, permits take around 3 months to process.
